ARE THE TUMBLERS SAFE TO DRINK FROM?

Our tumblers are sealed with epoxy to ensure a long lasting design. We do not ship the tumbler until the epoxy is fully cured. After cured the epoxy is compliant per FDA code, 21CFR175.300.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges.

Before customized items are shipped we send pictures or videos for your approval. Although we carefully package our products to ensure no damage is inflicted during transit, we understand accidents do happen. If there is a problem with your item caused during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on an amicable resolution.

TUMBLERS

Our tumblers are not "insured". Once the item is in your posession we ask that you take great care of it and follow all care card instructions. We do not repair or replace tumblers that are damaged due to normal/abnormal use.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders cancelled after 24hrs will receive a partial refund of 25% of your subtotal, plus shipping costs (if applicable).

HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION?

CARNIVAL CUPS

We begin production on your item in accordance with the carnival schedule. But make sure to finish them early enough to get them shipped out in a timely manner. This means if your cup is for Jamaica Carnival (April), but someone else orders for Trinidad Carnival (February), the Trinidad Carnival cup will take precedence.

OTHER CUSTOM DRINKWARE

All custom drinkware items listed are Made-To-Order. We typically begin production on your item within 48hrs of your order being placed. Production time is between 3 and 4 weeks. Item is shipped out immediately after. This production time is increased between the months of July to October due to busy Miami Carnival season. Production could take from 5-6wks.

All drinkware items listed here are Ready To Ship and will be shipped within 24hrs.

 

Please order with these time frames in mind. So as to not diminish the quality of the products these production times are not flexible.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

DOMESTIC

Shipping is via USPS Priority and takes 1-3 business days. All packages come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority International. Pricing for international shipping is determined by USPS and varies based on destination, size, and weight of your package. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

All packages (Domestic & International) come with tracking and insurance. Should there be any delays with your package, please contact us.

DO YOU HAVE LOCAL PICK UP?

Absolutely!

We are located in South Florida. If you would like to avoid shipping costs feel free to choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is complete we will email you to arrange a pick up day/time for your merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL

Local pick up can be arranged if I will be in your country. I will advise on how to order to avoid shipping costs.
