ARE THE TUMBLERS SAFE TO DRINK FROM?
Our tumblers are sealed with epoxy to ensure a long lasting design. We do not ship the tumbler until the epoxy is fully cured. After cured the epoxy is compliant per FDA code, 21CFR175.300.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges.
Before customized items are shipped we send pictures or videos for your approval. Although we carefully package our products to ensure no damage is inflicted during transit, we understand accidents do happen. If there is a problem with your item caused during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on an amicable resolution.
Our tumblers are not "insured". Once the item is in your posession we ask that you take great care of it and follow all care card instructions. We do not repair or replace tumblers that are damaged due to normal/abnormal use.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders cancelled after 24hrs will receive a partial refund of 50% of your subtotal, plus shipping costs (if applicable).
HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION?
All custom drinkware items listed are Made-To-Order. We begin production on your item within 48hrs of your order being placed. Production time is between 3 and 4 weeks. Item is shipped out immediately after.
All drinkware items listed here are Ready To Ship and will be shipped within 24hrs.
Please order with these time frames in mind. So as to not diminish the quality of the products these production times are not flexible.
All Craft Supplies are ready to ship. They will ship within 24hrs of your order being placed, unless otherwise announced on my social media pages.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is via USPS Priority and takes 1-3 business days. All packages come with tracking.
Shipping is via USPS International or FedEx International, and shipping times vary depending on the shipping speed. Flat rate shipping on the website is $9.99 for packages under one (1) pound, and $19.99 for packages over one (1) pound. If your package is over one (1) pound and your actual shipping costs exceeds $19.99 We Will Invoice You The Difference. (Example: You pay $19.99, your actual package cost is $38.99. We Will Invoice You The Balance Of $19). We do this because prices range based on size, weight, and final destination. All packages come with tracking.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Covid-19 and recent changes within shipping couriers there can be some significant delays with packages. Once the package is in their hands there is nothing Designs By Angee can do to expedite the process. We ask for your patience during these times as we pray we return to some normalcy soon.
DO YOU HAVE LOCAL PICK UP?
We are located in South Florida. If you would like to avoid shipping costs feel free to choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is complete we will email you to arrange a pick up day/time for your merchandise.
Be advised items will only be released to the person who's name is on the order, with a valid picture ID. If someone else is picking up the order we must be notified via email and they must show a valid picture ID as well.
This option is NOT for delivery services. If you live in South FL and want your item delivered please pay for shipping. I will either deliver to you or we can arrange a meet up spot. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, when picking up your package it will "porch pickup". We won't set the package outside until you tell us you are 5mins out.
Local pick up can be arranged if I will be in your country. I will advise on how to order to avoid shipping costs.
