Thank you for your interest in purchasing a custom designed carnival tumbler. 
 
You must speak with me before purchasing this item!! This will ensure that you are getting exactly the cup you desire. As a best practice please place your order around the same time you put down a deposit for your costume. Orders typically close off 4-6wks before the carnival. You can still message me to see if it is possible, but chances diminish the closer it gets to carnival.
 
Pricing
Our custom carnival tumblers start at $80. Gem Stones From Your Costume Are Included In That Price, As Well As Your Name For Personalization! 
 
If you are ordering multiple cups please add each cup separately to your cart. This will allow you to put individual information for each cup all on one order.
 
How does this work?
After looking at the costume and concept for your section I determine what aspects of the costume I will use on the tumbler. This includes gems and trims used, patterns from the fabric, feather colors from the back, stone placement on the bodywear, etc. I begin working on your tumbler in accordance with the carnival schedule (i.e. If I receive a St. Lucia and Grenada order at the same time, the St. Lucia order takes precedence as their carnival is first).  By purchasing a tumbler you are giving me complete creative freedom in regards to the gemwork on the cup. I do my best to match you costume's bodywear, while possibly using additional colors from your backpack.
 
Full rhinestone tumblers are also available. Reference the Mele Destinations cup on this listing. Full Rhinestone work incurs an additional charge.
 
We typically use a 20oz mug for our carnival tumblers. As these are a decent capacity with a handle. But, of course, you are free to choose any stainless steel tumbler available.

  • PRODUCTION INFO

    This item is MADE TO ORDER!

     

    We begin production on your item in accordance with the carnival schedule. But make sure to finish them early enough to get them shipped out in a timely manner.

     

     

    Production for Miami Carnival will follow the above guidelines. However your cup will be available for pickup at K-paya Mas

    Camp.

     

     

    Are the tumblers safe to drink from?

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges.

     

    If you order a cup and find you are no longer able to attend your respective Carnival we will still ship your cup to you

     

    Cups that were supposed to be picked up (i.e. Miami Carnival) that do not qualify for free shipping (min $100, U.S. Domestic) will incur an additional $7.99 charge.

     

    Although we carefully package our products to ensure no damage is inflicted during transit, we understand accidents do happen. If there is a problem please let me know.
